1. Cancellation Policy
• Before Ride Confirmation: You can cancel your ride request anytime before the driver confirms the booking without any charges.
• After Ride Confirmation:
• If you cancel a ride after the driver has confirmed the booking but before the ride has started, a minimal cancellation fee may be charged to cover the driver’s time and effort.
• If the driver cancels the ride due to unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged any cancellation fee.
2. Refund Policy
• Cancellation by Customer:
• If you cancel the ride before it starts, and a cancellation fee has been charged, the fee will be deducted automatically from your account or wallet. No refund is applicable in this case.
• Driver No-Show:
• If the driver does not arrive at the pickup location within a reasonable time, or if the ride is canceled by the driver after confirmation, any amount pre-paid by the customer will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
• Payment Discrepancies:
• In case of an overcharge or incorrect billing, please contact our support team within 24 hours of completing the ride. Upon verification, any excess amount will be refunded to your account within 7-10 business days.
• Refund for Prepaid Rides:
• For rides that are prepaid but canceled by the customer or the driver before the trip starts, the amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Conditions for No Refund
• Completed Rides: Once a ride has been completed, no refund will be issued unless there is a proven discrepancy in the fare calculation or the service provided.
• Invalid Complaints: Refunds will not be issued for complaints or issues that are found to be invalid or outside the terms of service.
4. How to Request a Refund
• If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team through the app or via email at support@marsapp.in with your ride details.
• All refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
5. Changes to the Policy
